County can't keep guns out of parks
If Floridians are vetted to carry a gun everywhere else, why not a park?
Question:
If transplanted northern liberals want to live in a place where no one is allowed to carry a gun, why didn't they just stay where they were in the the first place?
I'm still trying to figure out why counties are allowed to pass their own waiting periods different from state law.
ReplyDeleteI can walk into my FFL, show her a rifle or handgun I own, but the county will still make me wait five days to "cool off".
(Yes, I know a CCW permit makes me exempt, but why should I need a permit to pick my gun up today? They do instant background checks...)
Just one more thing we have to take back.
