No, its not because of anti gun Frank Lautenberg who is none the less an idiot, or because of the states anal gun laws that leave law abiding citizens defenseless, which can sometimes create an "only ones" attitude or a feeling of superiority from some law enforcement. Let it be noted, that without the assistance law abiding citizens that are armed and well trained, statistically there are no number of police or SWAT that can defend a state in a time of unrest. That is of course what the founding fathers had in mind when they drafted their document.
Now listen to the condescension and how these two local SWAT team members try every trick in the book to intimidate this citizen because he was filming them in his residental neighborhood. Note that they can not quote the statute that prohibits him from filming them, or any statute that allows them to harass him and treat him like a suspect. They need to study up on what it takes to keep their oath in an honorable fashion.
