Maybe the ATF needs to implement a new reporting form for anything over one pound of C-4 sold.

This highlights the absurdity of the ATF's new multi gun reporting mandate. These gangs have military grade weapons and explosives, and the ATF wants to point to something else (other than their own gun smuggling) as the problem. Your tax dollars at work.
