As you can see, when the lawyers get involved where there are enemy combatants, it creates a political climate where Navy SEALS end up on trial for punching a prisoner that killed four Americans, the panty bomber gets a free lawyer and no interrogation, and the 911 terrorist mastermind gets a trial in New York City funded by American taxpayer dollars. Maybe ol' Shakespeare really was onto something.
