Maybe "the Constitution is just a g-damn piece of paper"

Some people said that George Bush made the statement above in quotes, but I never saw any proof to back the accusation up. Anyhow, it appears that the dems do in fact believe what is quoted:

Breyer is a Clinton appointee...go figure.
