Police say Williams reached speeds up 110 mph as he led authorities from Brevard County and into Osceola County. He eventually lost control of the car on U.S. 192 and Deer Park Road. The car flipped several times, with the children in the back seat.
"The vehicle rolled over and started fire. Our officers responded up to it and we were able to break the windows, cut the children out of their seat belts, and pull the suspect out also," said John Resh with the Palm Bay Police Department.
