I am sure by now, that the readers have heard about the Walgreens employee who was carrying concealed and stopped a robbery in progress. He was rewarded for his galiant effort by being abruptly terminated. Gun gal Jennifer at her blog wrote a letter to Walgreens protesting the firing of the employee and they responded. You can read their response here. Gee, I don’t know why anybody would want to carry a concealed weapon in or around a Walgreens store, because a quick perusal of the internet should set your mind at ease that there is never any gun violence in or around any of their locations.
