To many of the government and media "experts", everything that is black and shoots bullets is an AK-47 "assault rifle". I touched on some of this insanity here.

This blog may at times appear to be rather cynical, sometimes comical (hence the pen name Gun Shy Tourist), and often critical in its evaluation and reporting.
