Pistol Whipping is the Trend...

...and now it is happening in tiny towns in Brevard County:

Female Clerk Attacked, Pistol-Whipped By Robbers

quote:

A robbery was so violent at a Brevard County convenience store, the business is now closing because of it. A female clerk was attacked and pistol-whipped by robbers.

The hold-up unfolded on surveillance cameras just after 6:00pm last Friday at the Mims Mini-Market on US-1.

Eyewitness News spoke to a customer who knows the victims and say they're too afraid to return to work. A sign on the door says they're going out of business. One worker said all of the employees are scared they could be the next victim.

For the readers who do not know, Mims is a little tiny town with a small population. If the perpetrators rolled in their from the city, they should consider their escape to be lucky. If one of them ol' redneck boys from Mims or Scottsmoor had gotten hold of them, they might have ended up as gator bait instead of making it to pistol whippers rehab.
