In Retrospect Do You Really Think Americans Were for the Health Care Bill?

Obama and his minions jammed the health care bill down America's throat by using secret back room negotiations, and what amounted to bribery using taxpayer's dollars. Now there is a backlash, including the throwing of bricks though democrats windows and everyone involved is acting surprised. Here is what I view as an ironic statement made by one of the supporters of the bill.

quote:

"Everyone has the right to voice an opinion but I think threatening people is unpatriotic," said Kosmas, who represents Florida's 24th District.

Are these people that far our of touch with reality and the will of the people? This bill is currently being challenged by a number of states on it's constitutionality, and she is making a statement about being "un-patriotic".

Here are some of the comments that her constituents made to her via e-mail:

"One e-mail suggests that the congresswoman do the nation a favor and commit suicide. Another tells her and her family to rot in hell."

"You have jeopardized your family as well. You will find yourself alone in a very angry world full of people who want nothing more than to find ways to hurt you."

One e-mail calls her a "two-timing back-stabbing whore." Yet another wishes her a "painful and slow death."

Ms Kosmas should be happy, because in some areas of the country, it was much worse. I wonder what Ms Kosmas believes about her sell out decision in retrospect? You can read the complete article here.
