The motto of the Special Forces is De Oppresso Liber which is often translated as liberate the oppressed.
From the Bible we find this verse:
Isaiah 1
17 Learn to do right! Seek justice, *relieve the oppressed, and correct the oppressor*. Defend the fatherless, plead for the widow.
