Two Set Free..One to Go (Navy SEALs)

You Can’t Bring No Smoke….2nd Seal Cleared

A U.S. military judge cleared a second Navy SEAL of any wrongdoing in the alleged beating of an Iraqi prisoner. The prisoner, Ahmed Hashim Abed, is suspected of masterminding the grisly 2004 killings of four American contractors. The Blackwater contractors’ burned bodies were dragged through the streets and two were hanged from a bridge over the Euphrates river in Fallujah.

It didn’t take long for the judge to find Petty Officer 2nd Class Jonathan Keefe of Yorktown, Virginia, not guilty of dereliction of duty. A military jury cleared U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Julio Huertas of all charges yesterday.

Note to terrorists. When you were murdering local boy Scott Helvenston (born in Ocala and raised in Leesburg) and the three other Sons of America in the ambush, did you think that you would not be hunted down? And remember this...actions without consequence do not exist in this world so rest assured that every operator in the field will have your name on a $hit list until you are captured or dead.

More good reading over at BlackFive.
