14-year-old at the center of "NRA T-Shirt Controversy" now facing possibility of 1 year in jail
So it appears that we have a democratic judge trying to teach a young man a negative lesson about government as well as Constitutional freedom. It also appears that the stupidity of D.C. is rubbing off on nearby WV. Hopefully, the prosecuting parties will get their asses handed to them, and if not it needs to be appealed to a higher court until these people learn what Constitutionally protected rights are. Let's see if the ACLU rushes in to defend this one.
