As Gun Shy likes to say "big winds come from empty hollow caves". The above quote comes from a guy who wants to bring enemy combatants to New York City and try them in a civilian court, and let's not forget the fact that the current administration keeps releasing Gitmo terrorists that were being detained, only to find out that they have matriculated back into the terrorist pool to wreak more havoc as reactivated terrorists. If he really believes that "we must remain vigilant and fight against terrorism at all times" the first thing he needs to do is resign so that we can get someone in there who is qualified and fully capable of implementing sound tactics in order to achieve the necessary level of security needed to keep the American public safe.
