Every once in a while rock stars attempt to do something noble. Such is the case with Jon Bon Jovi and his recent remake of the song “Stand by Me” to show solidarity and concern for the rights of the Iranian people who are being suppressed by a tyrannical government. Now the irony. Jon Bon Jovi also did a concert earlier this year to try and help raise money for Hillary Clinton so that she could pay off her campaign debt, which most likely indicates that he also voted for “change”. Ponder the surrealism of that for a moment.
Gun Shy strongly suggests that the readers melt down any Bon Jovi records that they have and make hair spray out of them as a form of protest to show solidarity for the constitutional rights of all Americans that were trampled on by the Clinton administration (second amendment/"assault weapons" ban, the Waco fopa, etc) and now the Obama administration and its anti second amendment stance featuring Ms Clinton who Mr Bon Jovi supports... thanks so much for caring Jon.
It should be noted, that the very thing that stands in the way of the U.S. becoming a nation like Iran is our constitution, which the current administration is attempting to whittle away at daily as you Jon sing to support some of the people who are attempting to erode it. Thou hypocrite.

I'm all for a Bon Jovi melt down! As the country song goes "If you can't stand for something, you'll fall for anything."
