What Else is Written in "the stones"?

I believe that this will be my last installment in examining the Obama administrations policy in relation to what was written on the Georgia Guidestones, which I discussed in earlier commentaries. Maybe it is just coincidence....who knows? Anyhow, these are the last two commandments that were not yet covered in my earlier commentaries found here, here, and here.

4. Rule passion - faith - tradition - and all things with tempered reason.

9. Prize truth - beauty - love - seeking harmony with the infinite.

If you remember from an earlier commentary that I posted, Alan Keyes questioned the validity of Mr Obama’s self professed Christian faith based on statements made in the New Testament that Mr Obama’s actions clearly went against. You can view Mr Keyes discussions here.

You may have also noted that in Mr Obama’ speech in Cairo, he quoted from the Koran (Islam), the Talmud (Judaism), and from the New Testament words of Jesus (Christianity). His speech reminded me of the co-exist bumper sticker that you see all of the new age people sporting on their vehicles. There seems to be many these days who are touting a blended one world religion.

Well, some Jews were watching and when they checked out his quote from the Talmud, it was found that he actually quoted only partially what is written in the passage. Here is a quote from a Talmudic Jewish blogger:

President Barack Obama cited the Talmud in his Cairo speech. Obama may be the first US president to cite the Talmud in a major international address. It was not a particularly deep, meaningful or well-known citation. It was a passage from Gittin 59b, that was tacked on to his speech at the end, along with miscellaneous quotes from other religious texts.

He said, The Holy Koran tells us, "O mankind! We have created you male and a female; and we have made you into nations and tribes so that you may know one another."

The Talmud tells us: "The whole of the Torah is for the purpose of promoting peace."

The Holy Bible tells us, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God."

Soncino translates the citation as: "But the whole of the Law is also for the purpose of promoting peace, as it is written, Her ways are ways of pleasantness and all her paths are peace?" (Prov. 3:17).

כל התורה כולה נמי מפני דרכי שלום היא דכתי׳ דרכיה דרכי נועם וכל נתיבותיה שלום

It looks like Obama obtained his quote from a quick google search.

Here is the view of the Israeli people in reference to Mr Obama’s speech. Watch as Rabbi Chaim Richman deciphers and debunks the Obamanese in that speech.
