Prime Suspect Named In Titusville Double Murder

quote:

"The individual wanted in our particular case is an extremely dangerous, cold-hearted and capable person of doing great bodily harm," Titusville Police Chief Tony Bollinger said. Investigators say Oliver has a violent past that includes 29 felony arrests including attempted murder, robbery, kidnapping and escape, but only one felony conviction. Most recently, investigators say he was responsible for another home invasion in Volusia County. "In the home invasion in Holly Hill, they employed some torture methods to get to some of the merchandise," said Agent Wayne Ivey, FDLE.
