I hope you don't think I'm trying to be a smartass but actually it's not the 2nd amendment that GIVES the American people the right to bear arms; the 2nd amendment protects the people from having the government take away that right. Nevertheless my vote was yes since there was no "type in" answer to what could be considered a trick question.
