Lets think about this. The mayor allowed the tolls on all roads to be raised. Tolls are a form of taxes, therefore by proxy he already raised the taxes. Someone needs to call him on this. I would love to hear his explanation. Of course the people responsible for implementing the toll hikes have problems of their own.
