I wonder if he had to use a teleprompter to be able to do the audio track. Maybe his staff could prop up the animatronic, and use it to do Mr O’s television speeches when he is out of town. Since someone else writes the speeches and they are read from a screen, in my opinion, no one would probably know the difference. Here is Mr O having a hard time when his teleprompter screen goes blank in real life:
